All our Vivid Business plans already include the travel booking feature at no extra cost. You can search, book, and pay accommodation without any commissions or limits. We believe in keeping things simple and accessible for businesses of all sizes.

Booking accommodation with a Vivid Business account is quick and easy:

1. Log into the mobile application and navigate to the travel section.
2. Enter your destination, travel dates, and guest number.
3. Browse available hotels and offers, and use filters or the map view.
4. Select a hotel and room type, then enter the booking details.
5. Pay with your Vivid Business card in a few taps.
6. Confirm your booking, and check the confirmation email.
7. Enjoy the cashback!

When you book a hotel via Vivid Business, you will receive up to 30% cashback, helping you save on your business travel expenses.

Here’s how it works:

1. Log into the Vivid app for mobile, navigate to the travel tab, and select a hotel to fill in all guest details.
2. Proceed to the checkout where you can view the cashback amount (based on the hotel’s policy) before confirming the booking.
3. Your cashback will be credited either immediately or within 45 days after checking out of the accommodation (based on the hotel’s policy).

If you have been using Vivid, you are already enjoying the high cashback on business expenses.

If you have chosen “All categories” or a category related to accommodation when you pay for a business trip booking with your Vivid Business card, you will receive the regular cashback that applies to the current offer of your chosen plan.

The cashback earned on business travel bookings made through the app works a little different: it does not count towards your monthly limit. This means you can earn unlimited rewards on top of the regular cashback!
