What's on the agenda?
You'll see how to delegate spending without opening your accounts. A budget carves out a chunk of money on top of an account: a cap for the period, the people who can spend it, and a manager who is accountable for it. Cards are issued inside the budget, so the people spending never see the account or its balance.
Then a live demo in the product — a budget built end to end. Name it, add participants, name the manager, pick the funding account, set the limit and the period. Then issue a card inside the budget and watch a payment get checked against the budget cap, the card's own limits, and the account balance.
The last ten minutes are yours. Bring your own team and we'll answer how to split budgets across projects, what a manager can and cannot change, and what happens to cards when someone leaves a budget.

Event details
Twenty-five minutes, in English: a short walkthrough of what budgets change for a growing team, a live demo in the product, and Q&A.
It is for owners, admins, CFOs and finance managers who hand out cards and answer for what gets spent. Budgets sit on top of an account — up to ten per account, each with one funding account, one manager and one limit per period. Every transfer charged to a budget goes to its manager first, before your usual approval rules.
