About Streamr

The Streamr Network is a decentralized, topic-based publish-subscribe system. Its aim is to gather and publish low-latency real-time data streams from IoT sensors, machines, and other smart devices. The DATA token is an ERC-20 token used across the Streamr platform. It is used for payments on the Data Marketplace, and the incentive mechanism on the Streamr Network.
