Solaris SE is a bank with a full German banking license and Vivid Money GmbH leverages Solaris infrastructure to offer a direct banking solution, and serves as technology platform. Vivid Money GmbH, which does not have an own banking license, is responsible for the whole app and provides customer service. Solaris SE is fully compliant with the German banking laws, is regulated by the German Financial Services Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin)) and offers €100.000 guarantee on deposits for each customer.

Vivid Money GmbH acts as an outsourcing partner of Solaris SE for the provision of bank account services and debit card services. Please note that all our Invest 2.0 services are provided to you by Vivid Money B.V. that is licensed as an Investment Firm by the Dutch Authority for Financial Markets (AFM). Vivid Money B.V. has its address at Strawinskylaan 4117, 1077 ZX Amsterdam, the Netherlands and a registration with the trade register of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 78219159. The register can be accessed under https://www.afm.nl/en/sector/registers. Vivid Money B.V. also offers the brokerage of transactions for the purchase and sale of financial instruments in context of the currency conversion products.
