¹ Active customers can use Vivid for free, there is no account management fee.A customer is considered an active customer if one of the conditions is met: at least one transaction has occurred on the card during the month, the account balance is at least €1,000. If none of the conditions meet the requirements, the customer is considered inactive and €3.90 account management fee starts to be charged. Note that in case of longer duration of inactivity, Vivid may charge an additional fee to continue making available its services.
