Vivid Money GmbH acts as an outsourcing partner of Solaris SE for the provision of bank account services and debit card services. Further, Vivid Money GmbH offers the brokerage of transactions for the purchase and sale of financial instruments in the area of foreign exchange as a tied agent of Solaris SE, Germany.

Vivid Invest GmbH offers as tied agent of CM-Equity AG the brokerage of transactions on the purchase and sale of financial instruments with the exception of those in the area of foreign exchange brokered by Vivid Money GmbH.

Notice according to § 2 section 10 of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz (KWG))
Vivid Money GmbH offers the brokerage of transactions on the purchase and sale of financial instruments in the area of foreign exchange in accordance with § 1 section 1a sentence 2 no. 1 of the KWG exclusively in the name and for the account of the Solarisbank AG. Vivid Money GmbH is recorded as “tied agent” of Solaris SE within the meaning of § 2 section 10 of the KWG in the register which is kept by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). The register can be accessed under www.bafin.de.

Note: The tied agent relationship of Vivid Money GmbH and Solaris SE is not applicable to Vivid Money GmbH acting for Solaris SE, Succursale Italiana, Sucursal en España or Succursale Francaise in the context of local services offered in Italy, Spain or France.

Vivid Invest GmbH offers the brokerage of transactions on the purchase and sale of financial instruments in accordance with § 2 section 2 no. 3 of the WpIG (Wertpapierinstitutsgesetz) exclusively for the account and under the liability of CM-Equity AG. Vivid Invest GmbH is recorded as “tied agent” of CM-Equity AG within the meaning of § 3 section 2 of the WpIG in the register which is kept by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
