In cooperation with solarisBank AG the Vivid Money GmbH offers a digital current account. solarisBank AG is a bank with a full German banking license and Vivid Money GmbH leverages solarisBank’s infrastructure to offer a direct banking solution, and serves as technology platform. Vivid Money GmbH, which does not have an own banking license, is responsible for the whole app and provides customer service. solarisBank AG is fully compliant with the German banking laws, is regulated by the German Financial Services Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin)) and offers €100.000 guarantee on deposits for each customer.

Vivid Money GmbH offers the brokerage of transactions on the purchase and sale of financial instruments in the areas of foreign exchange in accordance with § 1 section 1a sentence 2 no. 1 of the KWG exclusively in the name and for the account of the solarisBankAG. Vivid Money GmbH is recorded as "tied agent" of solarisBank AG within the meaning of § 2 section 20 of the KWG in the register which is kept by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). The register can be accessed under www.bafin.de.
In the near future, Vivid Money GmbH intends to offer, as a tied agent of solarisBank AG, services for customers in the area of securities trading.
