The Conflux Foundation was formed in 2018 and soon after Conflux established itself as the only state endorsed public, permissionless blockchain in China. Open infrustructure was based on research that provides a solution to the ‘blockchain trilemma’ problem that optimizes security, scalability and decentralization. Conflux is focused on developing decentralized applications (dApps), creating smart contracts and making simple payments.
