Networking with a view – Why in-person events remain irreplaceable

In a digital-first world, we can sign contracts with a single click and meet wherever in the Metaverse. But nothing beats real human interaction—the spontaneous laughter, a pat on the back, the spark of new ideas. That’s exactly what we experienced during the first-ever Vivid Networking Event on the river Spree.

Smooth sailing from the start

On June 11, we set sail—literally. Around 60 guests, including members of our partner network, influencers, and financial professionals, gathered at Berlin’s historic harbour. The weather was on our side: sunshine, 25 degrees, and the Spree shimmering like it was part of the celebration. A perfect setting for an exclusive business networking event.

This evening wasn’t just about business—it was about building connections. With welcome drinks, grilled bites, and chats on the sun deck, new contacts turned into potential partners for collaborations. “I never thought networking could feel this relaxed and inspiring,” we heard from more than one guest that night.
